The following are usually required to rent any of the properties listed :
- One calendar month’s rent in advance.
- A deposit, five week's rent, at our discretion. Additional deposit may be required in certain circumstances. e.g. for a pet
- Tenancy agreement fee (£150 plus VAT per person). This includes referencing, contract and check in/out.
- All applicants not in full time employment must provide a suitable guarantor (home owner). The guarantor will be referenced and credit checked. PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ACCEPT HOUSING BENEFIT.
- All rent must be paid by standing debit mandate.
NB Our tenancy agreement has been checked by Brighton and Hove City Council Trading Standards Service and in their opinion complies with the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contract Regulations 1999.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ACCEPT ALL MAJOR CREDIT/ DEBIT CARDS (1.5 % surcharge for credit cards)
